Race Entry 

Booking in normally opens on the Sunday before the next club night. Club members will be sent an email and we will post on our Facebook page when booking is open.

 

To book in for a club night fill in your details on the entry form. Link on the front page or the one below.


Enter the next club night. 

 

Entries must be paid for before 2100 on the Thursday before the club night to confirm your entry. Payment is via Paypal. You can use the payment page on the website or the address at the end of the entry form. If you cannot pay by Paypal please get in touch. Any entry not paid by this time will not be booked in to race.

 

The heat listing will be posted on Rc-Results as soon as possible after the closing time.

 

If the meeting is fully booked the entry form will be closed. Please contact us to be added to the reserve list. If there are any cancellations then we will let you know that there is a space available.

 

Refund Policy.

 

If you need to cancel your race entry and do this before 1200 on the Friday we will refund your race fee. Entries cancelled after this time or no shows will not be refunded.
